Each individual session runs 10–15 minutes. A 10-person group takes approximately 2 hours including setup and breakdown. For larger events, we can discuss scheduling windows and line management to keep things moving efficiently.

What is the pricing for event headshots?

Event headshot pricing follows our corporate group rate: $59–$159 per person depending on group size. For events where headcount and flow aren't fixed, our Hourly Session option reserves a block of on-site time (2-hour minimum, $210/hour, 10-person minimum) instead. How quickly do attendees receive their photos after the event?

Proof galleries ready the day after the event. Retouched finals delivered within 3–5 business days (basic color correction) or 1–2 weeks (advanced retouching) from day of submission, depending on group size. Each attendee receives their photos via a secure private online gallery.

What kind of events do you cover?

We photograph headshots at corporate conferences, annual summits, association events, HR onboarding days, real estate brokerage events, law firm retreats, and any gathering where attendees need updated professional photos.

What do you bring to the event?

We bring a fully self-contained mobile studio: professional strobe lighting, clean backdrop (choice of colors), full camera and tethering setup. We handle all logistics. All you need to provide is a quiet area approximately 10x12 feet.
