D. Cookies & Local Storage
We use cookies and browser storage to enable site functionality, maintain your session, and analyze traffic. See our Cookie Policy for full details.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Schedule, confirm, and deliver photography services
- Communicate appointment details, reminders, and follow-ups
- Provide access to your private online gallery
- Process payments and issue invoices via Square
- Respond to inquiries and support requests
- Improve our website and booking experience
- Send occasional promotional updates (you may opt out at any time)
- Measure the effectiveness of our paid advertising campaigns (conversion tracking)
- Show relevant ads to past clients on Google by sharing your hashed email address via Google Customer Match — raw email addresses are never transmitted; only a one-way SHA-256 hash is shared
We never sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
3. Third-Party Service Providers
We work with a limited set of trusted providers to operate our business:
- Square — payment processing and invoicing. Subject to Square's Privacy Policy.
- Google Analytics (GA4) — website traffic analysis and conversion measurement. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
- Google Ads — paid search advertising and remarketing. We use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure when ad clicks result in bookings. We may also share hashed (SHA-256) email addresses of existing clients with Google for Customer Match targeting — a privacy-safe method where Google matches hashed data without either party seeing the other's raw information. You can opt out of personalized Google advertising at adssettings.google.com. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
- Ahrefs Analytics — anonymous website traffic and SEO analysis. Subject to Ahrefs' Privacy Policy.
- Cloudflare R2 — secure cloud storage for your photo gallery files.
- Resend — transactional emails (booking confirmations, gallery notifications, reminders).
We may also disclose your information if required by applicable law, court order, or government authority.
4. Data Retention
We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to deliver services, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations. Booking records and gallery files are retained for a reasonable period after your session. You may request deletion at any time.
5. Data Security
We use SSL/TLS encryption on all pages, JWT-based authentication for the client portal, and access-controlled cloud storage for gallery files. Payment card data is handled entirely by Square and never stored on our servers. No method of internet transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
6. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their policies independently.
7. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
